Shipping

Is free shipping available?

  • Free shipping is unlocked only when your order is $95+ BEFORE TAX & AFTER DISCOUNT.
  • Valid for Vanadian & US residents only.
  • Often you will qualify for free shipping but after coupon is applied if the subtotal is less than $95, your order no longer qualifies for free shipping.
  • If your order qualifies for free shipping, Glitter Babes will choose the carrier for your package.  

Is Local Pickup Availavble?

Yes! We offer local pickup for our babes who are close enough to drive to pick their order up in Brantford, ON Canada.

Please select local pickup at checkout.

When your order is ready for pickup you will recieve an email with instructions to pick up your order.

Please keep mind, you are on camera when you come to pick your order up.

Do you offer an untracked letter mail option?

  • Yes! We just added this option for our babes who wish to order less than 4oz and live in Canada. 
  • If you select untracked letter mail, Glitter Babes is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
  • Items typically ship out in 1-3 business days and it is at the responsibility of the customer to watch for your package to arrive.
  • If by chance your package is lost or you do not receive it, Glitter Babes will not replace items ordered as this is not tracked and there is no way to track this type of mail.
  • If the letter mail option is selected, the customer assumes 100% responsibility for the package.
  • If you do not wish to assume the responsibility, please select a tracked option.
  • If customer orders 10g  & 20g jars in their letter mail package please be advised that the glitter or mica will arrive in bags not jars as the jars are too tall to fit in this type of package.

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take to recieve?

Shipping times vary from depending on your location, carrier and other factors.

How much will my shipping cost?

  • Shipping is calculated by your carrier of choice at checkout, rates vary.
  • Customers in Canada & US rders over $95 will have free shipping.
  • Glitter Babes & Co. has no influence to the cost of shipping.

Which Shipping Carriers do you offer?

  • Our preferred shipment carrier is Loomis & Canada Post in Canada & USPS in USA.
  • Loomis/DHL does not ship to PO Boxes.
  • We do offer shipping with Canada Post/USPS please select at checkout if you wish for us to ship with the postal service. 
  • Our tracked packages are shipped with full tracking. 
  • It us the customers responsibility to track your package.
  • If shipping Canada Post OR USPS your tracking number will come from Glitter Babes. 
  • If shipping Loomis, your tracking number will come from Loomis Express. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR TRACKING NUMBER MAY BE DELIVERED TO YOUR JUNK/SPAM. Please check all email folders to find your tracking number.

Will I be charged tax on my order?

All orders placed in Canada will be charged taxes on their orders according to the tax guidelines per province. 

If you live in the USA we do not charge tax on your orders,. USA customers are responsible to pay any tax or duty on their orders if applicable. 

My package is lost in the mail?

We track our packages and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You recieve a tracking number to your email and you are responsible to track your package and watch for your delivery date. If you have any issues with  your package you are responsible to contact your shipping carrier yourself. If your package is infact lost you are responsible to file a claim with your shipping carrier.

Order Processing

Can I change or edit my order after its been placed?

No. Unfortunatly if we are modifying orders after they have been processed this takes time away from the other orders. 

If you wish to add to your order and you have not yet recieved a fullfillment notification, please send an email to glitterbabesca@gmail.com & we will try our best to accomodate your requesst.

How long will it take to process my order?

  • Please allow 1-7 business days to process orders. 
  • We typically process orders Monday-Friday 9AM- 3PM. 
  • Orders are typically processed same or next day during the week. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday with the exception of holidays. 
  • We make every attempt to get your orders out the door as soon as possible. It is very important to us to to provide speedy service for our babes. 
  • If we have a sale, orders may take an additional day to process, please keep this in mind when ordering. 
  • We do not process orders on the weekends.

We do not offer refunds or returns on your order for any reason. 



There was a problem with my order!

If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 business days after delivery to report wrong or missing items. It is your responsibility to report any issues immediately so we can figure out how to make it right. If you do not contact us within this time frame we will not be responsible for replacing items. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Rewards / Loyalty Program

Do you offer rewards to customers?

Yes! We appreciate you choosing Glitter Babes! We offer a rewards/loyalty program on our website. You may log in with your account information for Glitter Babes. The rewards widget is on the bottom right of your screen. It is the pink ribbon! 

How do I earn points?

You earn 10 points with every dollar spend at Glitter Babes. 

You may earn 100 points for following us on Facebook & Instagram & Tiktok

You may earn 1000 points for a referral who makes a purchase within our store. To get your link, log into the rewards app in the bottom right corner of screen (Pink Ribbon) and click the referral button to get your code! 

1000 points = $10

How do I redeem my points?

You may redeem your points on your orders.

Rewards points are not combinable with any discounts. 

Search the 'Spend My Points" Collection & these are the items eligible for points redemption.

  • 500 points = $5 off $15 
  • 1000 points = $10 off $30 
  • 2000 points = $20 off $60 
  • 3000 points = $30 off $90 
  • 4000 points = $40 off $120 
  • 5000 points = $50 off $150 
  • 6000 points = $60 off $180 
  • 7000 points = $70 off$ 210 
  • 8000 points = $80 off $240 
  • 9000 points = $90 off $270 
  • 10000 points = $100 off $300

If you redeem a code and don't use it, you may use it at a later date but you must keep the code.

Subscription Boxes

How do I subscribe?

Babe & Bling Boxes are PRE-SALE only. 

You pre-purchase your box & your box will ship out on or around the 1st of the following month. 

 At this time, you may only pay for the subscription boxes with a payment that offers recurring payments:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Visa
  • Paypal

Please note, if other items are ordered with your Babe or Bling Box they will ship out at the same time as your box.  

How do I manage my subscription?

Please log in to your account on glitterbabes.ca and you will see a subscriptions tab under your address on the right hand side, you may manage your subscription from that link.

Also, when you subscribe you will recieve an emaill with information in it that will have a link to manage your subscription as well.

If you do not have an account, if you create one with the same email used to sign up for subscription, your subscription information will be there.

I was subscirbed and forgot to cancel, may I refund my order?

No. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. If you need to cancel for any reason you may do so from your end. You are responsibe to adjust your subscription before your renewal date. If your payment is already processed we do not offer refunds.

Where are we located?

We are located and ship out of Brantford, ON Canada.

Can I shop in person?

Unfortunatly, no. We do not have a storefront location for shopping. We are an online e-commerce business only. 

What can I use your glitters for?

Our glitters are a high quality polyester material.  Best for crafting, tumblers, epoxy & nail art.

Our glitters are made with non toxic polyester, however we ask that you use the glitters at your own discretion. 

Glitter Babes & Co. is not responsible for your glitter use, use glitter at your own discretion. By purchasing from Glitter Babes & Co you are agreeing to this.

Are your glitters ECO friendly?

No. Our glitters are made from polyester, which is a plastic. However, they are not made with any harsh chemicals or dyes. Some of our metallic glitters so contain very small amounts of alluminum.

We will be offereing ECO glitter in the future and it will be labelled as so.
